This is a specialty gadget that was requested by user. It is designed to combining toolpaths for the 4th axis. The gadget joins two toolpaths together and inserts user rotational values between toolpaths for 4th axis to rotation between toolpaths to avoid job setup change.
Imagine 4th axis job that had to front and back. For the front side, you have a roughing toolpath that uses a 3/8" diameter endmill and be back side Ruffing toolpath also uses the same bit. The current Vectric solution does not offer any way of connecting these two toolpaths into a single toolpath with Rotary axis input between them. That's where this gadget is employed.
